As an Industry we don't get a good press and with good reason. The chances are you know someone who has had a bad experience with a garage.
It's scary. You are trusting your vehicle in to the hands of the mechanic and you are nervous as to what he will find and in equal measure, what the final bill will be.
When you leave your car we are asking you to take a leap of faith and trust us to do what is best for you and your vehicle.
How can you be sure that we will do that?
As a company, Banbury Car Clinic is very conscientious of Customer Satisfaction. Don Coady has held hi premises on Lower Cherwell Street for 20 years and has a solid customer base who Don and the team like to think of as friends.
On your first visit, like with any other garage, you are forgiven for feeling a little apprehensive. It is our aim to turn that apprehension into satisfaction and for you to come back as a friend, but of course not too soon!

How can you really trust us?
We are the only independent garage in Oxfordshire to have been awarded the Automotive Technician Accreditation (ATA). This is a voluntary assessment system which proves a technician's competence, giving peace of mind to customers as well as raising the professional status and credibility of skilled individuals and their businesses.
To achieve accreditation, a technician must sign a code of conduct and then pass a series of practical tasks and an online knowledge test. ATA is supported by major vehicle manufacturers and service and repair organisations, as well as the Department of Trade and Industry, Trading Standards and Which?
Governance, moderation and administration of Automotive Technician Accreditation is the responsibility of the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), the professional association for the individuals employed in the retail motor industry and also the leading awarding body vocational qualifications in the automotive sector.
